Buyers Registration Form

Please complete this buyers registration form for the sale you are attending. On-line registration will close 24 hours prior to sale date. On sale day please report to the Office to sign this form and collect your buyer number. You cannot make a bid without a number.

On Submitting this Buyers Registration Form I/we acknowledge that DLS retains a Security interest in the livestock until they are paid for in full (including payment of any interest or charges), and if I default in payment of the livestock, DLS has the right to, amongst other things, enter my land and premises (or the premises of any associated company or agent) to retake possession of the livestock without any liability including trespass or damage. I agree to take all due care of these cattle and not sell, transfer or dispose of such cattle without the express written permission of DLS until the livestock have been paid for in full. DLS reserves the right to register their interest against the purchaser on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR). I/we abide by the terms of trade which I understand to be Livestock purchases become due for payment 7 days from the date of transaction, as well as acknowledge this Auction operates under the standard ALPA Auction Terms and Conditions of Sale.

I/We also acknowledge that whilst all due care and attention has been paid to accuracy in the compilation of the sale catalogue, neither the Selling Agents or representative(s) thereof assume any responsibility whatsoever for the correctness, use or interpretation of the information on animals included in the sale catalogue.

By completing the information attached to the buyer’s registration form and submitting it, I/We acknowledge having read & understood the above information.
